We are thankful that most of our guests return annually to enjoy Brindley's
and the Leech Lake area. Each departing guest has first option on
reserving the same cottage for the same period in the next year. If a
departing guest elects not to renew a reservation that cottage/date is first
offered to wait list customers and then made available on a general
basis.
In late fall of each year we send a request for
confirmation to all holders of these "unconfirmed reservations" asking they
confirm their reservation with a full deposit. Deposits are typically due at
the end of the 2nd week of January. (The deposit for winter reservations
is due early November). After deposit deadlines all unconfirmed reservations
are subject to cancellation.
The minimum
stay required is 3 nights (2 nights in the winter). From the 2nd week of
June through the 3rd week of August almost all reservations are for Saturday to
Saturday weeks. |
